Description

  • Manage the end-to-end fixed asset cycle, including recording, capitalizing, and reconciling assets in line with accounting standards.
  • Partner with warehouse operations teams across multiple sites to track Capex project progress and confirm asset coding and project status.
  • Oversee marketing accruals and campaign accounting across three entities to ensure accurate period costs.
  • Deliver marketing variance analysis against budget and provide actionable insights to finance leadership.
  • Support month-end close activities, audit preparation, and ad hoc accounting or automation projects.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving Nordics accounting processes as part of the finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in the finance industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
  • Experience with fixed assets and/or high-volume accruals is a plus.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Interest in financial systems and exposure to an ERP system is required; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of data structures and complex workflows.
  • Ability to apply for a fixed-term maternity cover contract running until 31 October 2027.
