Description

  • Lead new client launches from initial intake through launch and transition to Client Success ownership.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, workflows, launch checklists, and readiness plans.
  • Ensure client implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to agreed-upon success criteria.
  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while tracking priorities, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs, operational requirements, and workflows.
  • Translate client goals and contracted commitments into scalable and repeatable delivery models.
  • Coordinate across Growth, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Clinical Operations, Data, Marketing, and other teams to ensure launch readiness.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders to complete launch activities and remove barriers to progress.
  • Proactively assess risks, escalate issues, and support tradeoff decisions when priorities or timelines conflict.
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communication, including executive-ready status updates, risk summaries, decisions, and milestone tracking.
  • Prepare internal teams and client stakeholders for launch, including workflow readiness, handoffs, reporting expectations, and support processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation quality, workflow efficiency, and consistency across clients.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, solution delivery, client delivery, or a related role.
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare, SaaS, or a high-growth startup environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex client implementations or cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing presence with experience facilitating conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while creating structure and clarity.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability, including comfort making recommendations, identifying tradeoffs, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch review.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, stakeholder updates, and executive summaries.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, feedback, and implementation learnings to improve delivery.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools preferred.
  • A calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach, with a good sense of humor.
