Description

  • Own partner planning and forecasting across daily, weekly, and monthly cadences, including budget scenarios, pacing plans, and forecast narratives for leadership.
  • Build and maintain budget and revenue projection models that detect pacing drift early and quantify upside and downside for budget requests.
  • Evaluate net-new partner fit by creating analytical frameworks, feasibility packages, projected CPA ranges, ramp plans, and scale scenarios.
  • Develop repeatable operating playbooks for new products and verticals, including KPI definitions, SOPs, alert thresholds, escalation paths, and handoff criteria.
  • Support measurement readiness for growth initiatives by defining success metrics, guardrails, KPIs, and reporting cadences before launch.
  • Partner with Central Analytics to define dashboard specifications, validate outputs, and translate growth hypotheses into measurable frameworks.
  • Produce clear scenario analyses and decision briefs with Default, Aggressive, and Safe options that quantify impacts, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support fast-turnaround budget requests, what-if analyses, and mission-critical deep dives for leadership.
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Central Analytics, Engineering, and executive leadership on marketplace operations and growth decisions.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in business analytics, marketplace operations, revenue operations, or growth analytics.
  • Performance marketing, insurance, or lead-generation experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with Snowflake preferred, and the ability to write your own queries.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma Computing, Tableau, or Looker, including dashboard building.
  • Strong forecasting and scenario modeling skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; Python or R is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of marketplace economics, including CPA, RPL/RPC, contribution margin, budget efficiency, pacing, and bake-down dynamics.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured frameworks with quantified options.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise decision briefs for senior leaders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output environment with end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
  • Health insurance marketplace experience across ACA, Medicare Advantage, Med Supp, or Life is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Boberdoo, Invoca, and auction-based marketplace mechanics is preferred.
  • Experience defining KPIs and measurement plans for new product launches or vertical expansions is preferred.
  • Background in partner-side economics, budget negotiation support, ramp planning, or partner performance management is preferred.
