Description

  • Coordinate RFPs, vendor onboarding, renewals, amendments, and terminations for assigned vendors.
  • Ensure vendor workflows and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Recommend improvements to vendor management processes, templates, and supporting materials.
  • Analyze vendor spend trends, year-over-year changes, cost drivers, and fair market pricing.
  • Prepare negotiation support materials highlighting fees, spend levels, and savings opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance, Compliance, and business owners to evaluate pricing structures, service tiers, and contract terms.
  • Perform vendor risk assessments, document findings, and maintain current vendor risk profiles and scoring.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings for onboarding and renewal activities, track action items, and monitor timelines.
  • Support vendor performance reviews, service plans, remediation follow-up, and risk escalation.
  • Review contractual terms for pricing risks, service gaps, and financial misalignments prior to Legal review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of healthcare or insurance regulatory compliance experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, privacy, risk, licensing, or a related analytical role.
  • 2+ equivalent years of project management experience preferred.
  • Process Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma training and experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, with proven experience interpreting them.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills with the ability to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $113,000-$138,000 in the greater Seattle area, depending on geography, skills, experience, education, and market factors.
  • Performance-based incentive bonus opportunities.
