Description

  • Lead multiple capital improvement projects simultaneously across manufactured housing communities nationwide.
  • Own the full project lifecycle, including scoping, budgeting, contractor coordination, procurement, execution, and closeout.
  • Run project kickoffs, pre-construction meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
  • Lead sourcing events, evaluate bids and specifications, and support vendor selection.
  • Negotiate pricing, identify value-engineering opportunities, and manage vendor performance and compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
  • Track spending, forecast budget variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate across Capital Projects, Operations, Vendors, Leadership, and resident-facing stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project records, schedules, photo documentation, and reporting.
  • Support capital planning, spend reporting, project metrics, and long-term forecasting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, construction management, capital projects, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear updates.
  • Ability to read proposals, scopes of work, and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project tracking systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support projects in the field.
  • Experience with multi-site property, facilities, construction, or infrastructure project management (preferred).
  • Experience with capital expenditure budgeting and forecasting (preferred).
  • Background in manufactured housing, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial property operations (preferred).
  • Experience with procurement or project management platforms such as Coupa or ManageAmerica (preferred).
