Description

  • Work with internal teams to implement AI technologies in tools and products.
  • Develop AI techniques to create best-in-class solutions for game partners.
  • Deliver end-to-end agentic architectures and trained models for internal development use.
  • Collaborate with partner teams in a creative and cross-functional environment to build solutions.
  • Advocate for responsible and ethical AI across products and workflows.
  • Help grow the organization’s AI capabilities through applied development work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience developing and deploying production-scale AI solutions, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, chaining, and agent-based workflows for large language models.
  • Conceptual understanding of how language models are trained and fine-tuned.
  • Knowledge of major advancements in AI and the ability to learn from research papers or documentation.
  • Proficiency with one or more of Python, TypeScript, vector-search databases such as Neo4j or MongoDB, cloud deployment architectures, and testing frameworks such as DeepEval.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock or SageMaker AI is preferred.
  • Graduate-level experience in deep learning is preferred.
  • Background in AI safety, responsible AI, constitutional AI, or model interpretability is preferred.
  • Experience with game AI and/or reinforcement learning is preferred.
