Description

  • Support senior producers in maintaining and adjusting operations schedules for products and print innovations.
  • Work with the print operations team, studio producers, and production vendors to track and update production schedules.
  • Maintain Smartsheet schedules, reports, and dashboards across Operations.
  • Provide project-level support to production management, packaging engineering, quality engineering, localization, and prepress teams.
  • Represent print operations needs with production partners and help maintain positive working relationships.
  • Track and document production issues and risks, escalating concerns to senior producers as needed.
  • Document and share process improvement ideas and support implementation of improvements.
  • Help ensure production handoffs and tasks occur on time across internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to different systems and approaches.
  • Familiarity with print production, manufacturing, and process management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
  • Smartsheet knowledge (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of Wizards of the Coast brands is a plus but not required.
