Description

  • Support activation goals by fulfilling new owner requests for on-the-ground service partners.
  • Partner with Sales to source service providers that fit owner and property needs.
  • Conduct online research and cold outreach to find local service companies across the U.S.
  • Interview potential partners and judge who is best suited to represent Evolve in each market.
  • Educate new service partners on the Evolve partnership and set service-level expectations.
  • Respond to questions and requests from existing partners in a timely manner.
  • Document partner activity in Salesforce and keep information organized and accessible.
  • Support owners and affiliate partners by explaining how the Evolve platform works.
  • Manage competing priorities and meet monthly goals and SLAs.
  • Identify process and product improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the partner experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills via email and phone.
  • Strong online research skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Results-driven and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter with strong interviewing skills and sound judgment.
  • Must live in an approved U.S. location by the first day; Evolve cannot hire from D.C. or Hawaii.
  • Colorado candidates may work remotely anywhere in the state, from the downtown Denver office, or in a hybrid arrangement.
