Description

  • Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded customers and ensure a smooth integration journey.
  • Investigate integration failures, analyze logs, and propose quick solutions during onboarding.
  • Provide high-quality, humanized support to internal and external customers.
  • Monitor operational KPIs to anticipate bottlenecks and performance issues.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and propose action plans that add business value for the customer.
  • Help customer developers understand API documentation and resolve technical integration questions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the payments industry is essential.
  • Experience with technical customer support, technical onboarding, or systems integration.
  • Strong focus on goals, quality delivery, and fast problem-solving.
  • Ability to read metrics and translate technical concepts such as APIs for customers.
  • Intermediate English is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Remote work setup.
  • Experience with customer onboarding for enterprise clients is desirable.
