Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the communications platform, including call management, messaging, and related infrastructure.
  • Define how resident, technician, and vendor communication workflows scale across the platform.
  • Lead the evolution of telephony and SMS routing, voice AI agents, escalation systems, IVR, reliability, and compliance capabilities.
  • Own Happy Force, including after-hours maintenance workflows, agent instructions, call center operations, AI agents, and ticket management.
  • Own the work order lifecycle from intake and categorization through assignment, technician mobile experience, and completion.
  • Partner closely with engineering on integrations, platform migrations, reliability, and architecture tradeoffs.
  • Establish product direction for communications and work orders across interconnected product areas.
  • Prioritize initiatives, identify risks and opportunities, and make clear calls on what not to pursue.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Design, AI Strategy, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Set a near- and mid-term roadmap grounded in platform health, customer outcomes, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience owning high-impact or technically complex areas.
  • Experience owning operational or mission-critical workflows where uptime and correctness matter.
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills under real-world constraints.
  • Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineers on integrations, reliability, and migrations.
  • Experience leading products through vendor transitions, platform migrations, or architecture evolution without disrupting customers.
  • Experience scaling communications, messaging, or workflow-heavy platforms in a B2B environment.
  • Experience partnering directly with external vendors or platform dependencies such as Bandwidth or Twilio.
  • Clear cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a GGSD mindset.
  • Working understanding of AI, ML, or LLM-powered features is preferred.
