Description

  • Create brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, events, and motion from concept through final delivery.
  • Design web experiences and carry them through production in no-code, low-code, or front-end environments.
  • Contribute to motion and video work, including brand animation, product storytelling, event content, and kinetic identity.
  • Build brand templates, component libraries, and self-serve tools that enable others across the organization.
  • Develop and iterate on AI-assisted brand workflows that support Marketing, Sales, and the wider business.
  • Audit and resolve brand inconsistencies across channels and self-serve materials.
  • Write brand guidance that explains the reasoning behind design decisions and supports independent judgment.
  • Partner early with Marketing, Sales, and Product to bring brand perspective into briefs and creative planning.
  • Measure the performance of design work and iterate based on results and learnings.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of brand design experience with a portfolio showing range, craft, and shipped work.
  • Strong visual fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition, or motion fundamentals as a primary background.
  • Agency experience with interest in owning more end-to-end work than typical client projects allow.
  • Experience in motion design, brand animation, or product storytelling.
  • Experience with no-code or low-code build tools in a brand or marketing context.
  • Experience building brand enablement resources such as templates, guides, or self-serve tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI build tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Figma Make, or Loveable.
  • A considered point of view on AI in creative work, including where it helps and where it falls short.
  • Ownership mindset with a track record of seeing work through to completion.
  • Demonstrable front-end web capability, especially shipping design work live using no-code, low-code, or AI-assisted tools, is strongly valued.
  • Comfort working across time zones with teammates in Australia and North America is strongly valued.
  • Brand or campaign design experience in a SaaS or B2B technology context is strongly valued.
