Description

Serve as the primary creative contact for clients and align visual direction with business objectives.
Develop big-idea campaign platforms, brand aesthetics, and storytelling concepts from client briefs.
Present visual concepts, moodboards, and creative treatments to senior client executives.
Guide client feedback while protecting creative and design integrity.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across the creative and production process.
Mentor art directors and visual designers and promote high standards of visual craftsmanship.
Set art direction across design, photography, typography, and motion touchpoints.
Drive visual innovation in response to design trends, technology, and cultural shifts.
Oversee creative production and ensure concepts become high-quality visual assets.
Collaborate with program delivery, client service, and strategy teams on scopes, relationships, briefs, and stories.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in an integrated brand creative agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional campaign and client storytelling work.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Passion for ideas, storytelling, impactful work, and meaningful audience connections.
Experience connecting disciplines and creative crafts across an organization.
Position is remote within Colombia.
Engineering or related degree holders in Colombia must provide the required professional license, where applicable.
