Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through in-field coaching, feedback, role-plays, and hands-on sales training.
  • Spend significant time in the field with reps and customers to remove barriers and support execution.
  • Own regional revenue performance by driving activity, new sales, and account expansion against targets.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, pipeline management, and weekly forecasting.
  • Support deal structure, escalations, and critical opportunities as needed.
  • Share customer insights, product feedback, and operational issues with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer teams, and leadership.
  • Translate national strategy into regional execution plans and run team operating rhythms such as 1:1s and check-ins.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing talent to help scale the Territory Manager team.
  • Align closely with U.S. commercial leadership on priorities and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing frontline or field sales reps, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments.
  • Track record of coaching sales reps to consistently improve performance.
  • Comfort spending most of the time on the road and joining customer visits.
  • Proficiency with modern sales practices such as consultative or challenger sales models, role-plays, and discovery techniques.
  • Strong discipline in CRM hygiene, pipeline management, input metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience operating in a hardware + software environment is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership style built on clarity, accountability, empathy, and high support.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing, and evolving environments.
  • Willingness to apply even if not meeting every qualification listed.

  • $185,000 - $300,000 a year OTE, with a base salary range of $105,000 - $175,000.
