Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work, feedback, role-plays, and hands-on sales training.
  • Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent sales activity, supporting new business and account expansion, and ensuring input and output targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecasting by reviewing pipelines weekly and supporting deal structure, escalations, and critical opportunities.
  • Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights, product feedback, and operational issues to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Translate national strategy into regional execution plans and run regular team rhythms such as 1:1s and check-ins.
  • Align closely with U.S. commercial leadership on priorities, performance, and execution.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing talent as Halter scales its Territory Manager teams across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing frontline or field sales reps, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments.
  • A track record of coaching sales reps to consistently improve performance.
  • Willingness to spend about 60% of time traveling and working in the field.
  • Comfort joining customer visits and staying closely connected to customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in modern sales practices such as consultative or challenger sales models, role-plays, and discovery techniques.
  • Strong operational discipline in CRM hygiene, pipeline management, input metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience selling in a hardware plus software environment is strongly preferred.
  • A leadership style built on clarity, accountability, empathy, and high support.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing environments and help build systems and processes.
