Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work, feedback, role-plays, and hands-on sales training.
  • Spend significant time in the field and on customer visits to support reps, join customer conversations, and remove barriers to success.
  • Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and helping the team meet input and output targets.
  • Support both new sales and account expansion across the territory.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene, review pipelines weekly, and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • Act as deal support on structure, escalations, and critical opportunities.
  • Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights, product feedback, and operational issues to internal teams and leadership.
  • Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and run regular team rhythms such as 1:1s and check-ins.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing talent as the U.S. team scales.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing field sales reps, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments.
  • Track record of coaching reps to improve performance consistently.
  • Comfort spending the majority of time on the road and in customer-facing field work.
  • Proficiency in modern sales practices such as consultative or challenger selling, role-plays, and discovery techniques.
  • Ability to coach Territory Managers on sales process and methodology.
  • Strong CRM discipline with Salesforce hygiene, pipeline management, input metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience working in a hardware plus software environment is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership style built on clarity, accountability, empathy, and high support.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growth environments and help build systems, processes, and habits.
