Description

  • Own Shopify store operations and customer experience end to end.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through Shopify inbox and social channels.
  • Process refunds, reships, cancellations, and order updates.
  • Triage and resolve support tickets based on urgency.
  • Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF.
  • Resolve failed orders, inventory issues, discrepancies, and missing or delayed packages.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Audit the website for broken links, incorrect pricing, outdated promotions, and messaging inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows and operational processes.
  • Implement automation and system improvements using tools such as Shopify Flow, Gorgias, and AI tools.
  • Deliver weekly Shopify performance reports and track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and funnel performance.
  • Maintain compliance across ADA, privacy, tracking, and product-page requirements.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations.
  • Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies others miss.
  • Experience with Shopify apps, backend systems, and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Ability to build systems and processes, not just solve individual issues.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining full ownership.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Shopify Flow and customer service platforms such as Gorgias is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency, prompt libraries, and scalable workflows is preferred.
