Description

  • Maintain a dashboard tracking data coverage across H1’s data assets.
  • Ensure Therapy Area and Sub Therapy Area data are accurate, current, and aligned with client needs.
  • Become a subject matter expert in conference and clinical trial data.
  • Understand conference data across regions and support conference data collection.
  • Drive improvements by informing conference strategy.
  • Validate data quality and completeness as a data steward.
  • Maintain consistency and integrity across data records.
  • Collaborate with team members in the United States and India.
  • Identify exceptional scenarios and escalate them appropriately.
  • Create and maintain HCP profiles using data from multiple sources.
  • Use secondary research findings to synthesize, organize, and present information in a structured format.
  • Mentor new team members and help resolve their questions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data collection, interpretation, and organization.
  • A graduate degree in any life science field with exposure to research, analysis, and content writing.
  • Experience in technology-focused research and report writing is an additional advantage.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and/or experience working with Google Sheets.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask under tight schedules.
  • Flexibility to work across various internal projects.
  • Willingness to contribute through a cover letter if not meeting all listed requirements.
