Description

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for open roles across the organization.
  • Refine job postings, role profiles, and candidate messaging to attract stronger applicants.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Source qualified candidates across engineering, service delivery, cybersecurity, sales, marketing, operations, administrative, and leadership roles.
  • Conduct recruiter phone and video screens to assess experience, communication, professionalism, and fit.
  • Pre-screen candidates for technical, functional, and cultural alignment before presenting them to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines for priority roles and track recruiting progress.
  • Identify recruiting bottlenecks and support improvements to workflows, screening, interview coordination, and offer-stage closing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead recruiting capacity.
  • Strong background in IT recruiting is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, not just a single specialty.
  • Experience hiring for technical roles such as infrastructure, cloud, security, or service delivery is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and administrative roles.
  • Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles at once.
  • Comfortable working remotely and supporting a US-based company.
  • Experience recruiting for MSPs, IT services firms, professional services firms, or growing SMBs is a plus.
