Description

  • Make at least 100 calls per day to target market prospects.
  • Speak with as many decision makers as possible and deliver the company message to qualified prospects.
  • Schedule at least 3 qualified appointments per week, preferably face-to-face meetings or Zoom meetings.
  • Build and maintain a prospect database and track activities in HubSpot.
  • Plan and organize daily outbound calling and appointment-setting activities to maximize productivity.
  • Qualify prospects against clear criteria.
  • Schedule prospect meetings directly on the Outside Sales representative’s calendar.
  • Provide reporting on progress against daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and work as a team player.

Requirements

  • Cold calling experience is required.
  • B2B sales experience is required.
  • American English must be your primary language.
  • High energy and strong prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to quickly build strong business relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, telephony, active listening, and customer-care skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong computer skills and accurate typing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales process and dynamics; knowledge of lead generation is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot, and phone systems.
