Description

  • Support elite and strategic customer accounts, including professional services engagement management.
  • Produce executive-level metrics and reporting and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support large-scale security projects and communicate progress across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage MSSP partner relationships and advocate for GuidePoint managed services customers.
  • Interface regularly with project managers, account executives, sales operations, and delivery teams to capture client details and intelligence.
  • Advise the account team on customer roadmap items and opportunities to drive adoption of GuidePoint services.
  • Serve as a primary advocate between account executives, delivery engineers, consultants, project managers, and client leadership.
  • Adhere to GuidePoint Security core values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence.
  • Prior experience running, developing, and executing customer success programs for professional services firms and/or vendors in cybersecurity or information technology.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial/vendor program management.
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Up to 10% on-site travel required.
  • Experience working in a player-coach capacity preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale security projects preferred.
