Description

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy for high-value and complex client accounts.
  • Translate business goals into scalable organic growth roadmaps and forecast expected SEO outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for assigned key clients and present performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Review and approve audits, recommendations, execution plans, and content briefs.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill SEO Specialists and Executives while managing priorities and delivery quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews, skill-gap analysis, and training plans for team members.
  • Build and maintain SEO SOPs, workflows, and best-practice documentation.
  • Oversee keyword, topical, and entity-based research, including intent mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Own SEO-first content strategy, EEAT optimization, and collaboration with content, design, and development teams.
  • Lead advanced technical SEO audits and guide implementation for site architecture, migrations, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema, and accessibility.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of SEO experience, including 1–2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing teams and multi-account SEO delivery.
  • Strong expertise across technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
  • Experience with AI-driven SEO tools and automation workflows.
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Analytical, business-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, Python for SEO automation, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
