Description

  • Manage job postings, review applications, and support initial candidate screening.
  • Own the full-cycle interview scheduling process and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and maintain clear communication throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
  • Assist with offer coordination and onboarding, including documentation, I-9s, and background checks.
  • Support HR operations such as employee record maintenance and compliance tasks.
  • Help improve recruiting operations by refining workflows, documentation, and templates.
  • Partner with the People team to keep hiring and HR processes running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Comfort working with scheduling tools and ATS platforms such as Lever or BambooHR.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be US-based and available for 20 to 30 hours per week.
  • Background in a fast-growing startup environment is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment where processes evolve quickly is preferred.
