Description

  • Lead the development, deployment, and management of SIM tooling services aligned with VHA strategic goals and business needs.
  • Oversee integration and optimization of tools across the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps for automation, infrastructure management, and CI/CD.
  • Use SQL database management to support data handling, integrity, and decision-making across VHA IT systems.
  • Collaborate with VHA leadership and project teams to ensure tooling solutions support critical business processes and strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership on project outcomes, risks, and future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and support budgeting, Multi-Year Planning (MYP), and VA/VHA requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem tools, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Experience with DevOps and Azure DevOps for automation and CI/CD.
  • Experience with SQL database management.
