Description

  • Plan, design, and produce original animated graphics, illustrations, visual effects, and multimedia assets for educational videos and digital communications.
  • Develop visual concepts that communicate complex behavioral health and clinical information clearly and accessibly.
  • Create animations that accurately represent evidence-based information about trauma, PTSD, treatments, recovery, and co-occurring conditions.
  • Design characters, environments, icons, infographics, motion graphics, and other visual elements that support educational storytelling.
  • Produce images, animations, and visual effects for websites, social media, presentations, and educational materials.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, scriptwriters, project managers, and Government stakeholders to ensure content reflects scientific evidence and approved clinical protocols.
  • Interpret storyboards, scripts, and creative direction to develop compelling visual narratives.
  • Revise artwork and animations based on Government review, stakeholder feedback, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure visual products comply with branding, accessibility, and Section 508 requirements.
  • Maintain organized project files, graphic assets, templates, and documentation to support production and future updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Animation, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience producing animated graphics, visual design, or multimedia products relevant to the task order.
  • Experience working on educational or clinical visual content is relevant to the role.
  • Ability to create accessible visual materials that support Section 508 requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and production teams.
  • Experience developing content for multiple digital platforms, including web and social media.
  • Experience maintaining organized asset files, templates, and documentation.
