Description

  • Manage Sage Intacct software implementation projects from planning through delivery.
  • Provide proactive client consulting and project leadership to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Document processes, timelines, and deliverables using appropriate tools and resources.
  • Conduct client business process review meetings and prepare solution designs for complex system requirements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Sage Intacct and guide both internal and client implementation teams.
  • Develop financial and operational reports for clients.
  • Conduct end-user training for clients and internal team members.
  • Import historical data from legacy systems and support client validation of migrated data.
  • Provide timely customer service and implementation support.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvement, and new strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, CIS, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred, especially in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct with at least 3 years of implementation experience.
  • At least 1 year of Sage Intacct implementation project management experience.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning, Martus Software, and Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to explain Sage Intacct features through online and in-person presentations.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle complex topics and difficult questions diplomatically.
  • Strong customer service and customer-centric mindset.
