Description

  • Build new experiences for the Greenlight registration flow.
  • Work with domain teams, product managers, and designers to improve user growth through the registration flow.
  • Maintain the stability of registration services and support the existing architecture.
  • Integrate analytics and MarTech tools into the registration experience.
  • Implement Figma designs across frontend and backend components as needed.
  • Contribute to frontend and backend services to deliver team outcomes.
  • Scale and maintain backend services to support new feature requests and growing user traffic.
  • Improve the reliability and availability of the platform used by families and partners.
  • Continuously add incremental features while balancing new feature work and technical debt.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience building single-page applications using a modern framework.
  • Experience building REST APIs.
  • Recent experience developing backend services with Node.js.
  • Strong ability to context switch and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong focus on performance, scalability, and observability when designing and building systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast, iterative development environment using build/measure/learn principles.
  • Preferred experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Preferred experience with modern MarTech tools such as Segment, Optimizely, and Mixpanel.
  • Kotlin experience is preferred.
