Description

  • Work directly with customers to define migration timelines, scope, data inclusion, storage format, and where data will appear in Greenhouse.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams to align on migration tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Develop new and modify existing automation scripts to extract, analyze, and transform customer data for import into Greenhouse.
  • Iterate on test imports with customers and adjust scripts to ensure successful migrations.
  • Communicate process and tooling improvements to the R&D team to strengthen end-to-end migration automation.
  • Educate and enable the Sales Engineering team to translate customer migration requirements into the right service package.
  • Handle customer data in accordance with Greenhouse security best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience transforming large datasets using Python, including hundreds of thousands of records or over 1GB.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python scripting for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience with Pandas or Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Experience managing technical work within projects, including source and target system analysis, specification, design, and development activities.
  • Ability to work within the Eastern time zone, preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, especially VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, a plus.
  • External customer interaction experience, a plus.
  • Familiarity with data engineering processes such as ETLs and data visualization, a plus.
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and transforming data on RESTful APIs, a plus.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, a plus.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the start date, and sponsorship is not available.

Benefits

  • National pay range of $79,000 to $85,000 CAD.
  • Additional compensation may include stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases.
  • Some roles may be eligible for sales commissions based on the applicable commission plan.
