Description

  • Manage the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions for healthcare environments from initiation through closure.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Track project progress, metrics, and reports; provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress and provide guidance to improve team productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate integrations, testing, and deployments of ServiceNow functionality.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and implement agile best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager focused on IT systems.
  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Agile certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and agile frameworks.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and security clearance adjudication as applicable.
