Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Coordinate all phases of recruitment including posting openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Schedule and manage candidate communications, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Obtain, format, and package candidate profiles for submission, including resume formatting, credentialing, and verifications using corporate templates.
  • Assist executives with proposal documentation and submittals to federal clients and business partners for large government contracts.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is accurate and current.
  • Support onboarding for new hires by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training schedules.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support recruitment and proposal coordination, including multitasking and pivoting per leadership direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or proposal coordination for government contracts, ideally including technical and healthcare roles.
  • Experience preparing proposal documentation and submittals for federal clients and business partners (preferred).
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to format resumes, manage credentialing and verifications for submission packages.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (preferred).
