Description

  • Troubleshoot, install, and maintain PCs, laptops, retail POS systems, printers, iOS devices, VoIP phones, and other end-user equipment.
  • Assist with Dell and Nutanix servers, Windows Server 2016/2019, Meraki and Fortinet network equipment, manufacturing IoT devices, ISP circuits, and network cabling.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents through Freshservice and SolarWinds.
  • Participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations.
  • Provide end-user support, configure equipment and software, document issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Install software, apply patches and updates, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Test and monitor system performance to support security and reliability.
  • Support information systems planning, implementation, and administration across IT functions.
  • Travel up to 40% to support manufacturing and CPG sites.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Up to two years of IT support experience and/or training.
  • Working knowledge of end-user devices, servers, networking equipment, and Windows Server environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with Ethernet, fiber optics, and system monitoring tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotations, travel, and perform physical equipment-support tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk, climb stairs or ladders, and set up equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
  • Ability to pass background checks and satisfy state cannabis licensing, badging, and legal compliance requirements.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $65,000–$75,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Potential eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive based on organizational and individual performance.
