Description

  • Own PolyAI’s social media strategy and day-to-day execution across earned, owned, and paid channels for external and internal audiences.
  • Drive a consistent corporate narrative so all published content sounds unmistakably like PolyAI.
  • Partner with PR to elevate executive social presence and thought leadership.
  • Build and run an employee advocacy program to extend reach through employees.
  • Partner with Brand and Content to create and adapt video, design, and editorial content for social media.
  • Run social listening and community engagement with real-time monitoring and response capability.
  • Report on share of voice, coverage quality, social reach, engagement, and top-of-funnel contribution.
  • Track and build a customer advocacy program by surfacing customer stories and amplifying advocates across channels.
  • Partner with senior leadership on internal communications initiatives that keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Use AI agents and automations to draft, version, repurpose, schedule, and report at scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in corporate communications, with experience across social, PR, and executive or internal communications.
  • Hands-on experience at a B2B technology company, ideally a best-in-class scale-up.
  • Strong social-native writing with an understanding of voice and platform differences.
  • Comfort communicating to enterprise buyers; experience with developer or technical audiences is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage communications programs end-to-end, not just execute from a brief.
  • Fluency with modern communications, social, listening, and scheduling tools.
  • Genuine eagerness to build AI into your workflow.
  • Bias toward action and shipping, while maintaining high quality at speed.
  • Experience with executive social, employee advocacy, video-first social, or community building is a plus.
  • Willingness to apply even without the exact title if you have operated at this level.
