Description

  • Support ICHRA segmentation updates, manual data uploads, audience list refreshes, and Braze QA for communications managed by the marketing leader.
  • Support ongoing ICHRA operational campaigns, including payments, workflow monitoring, error messaging, and recurring communication optimization.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and organization of collateral and communication requests from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic audits of ICHRA-facing communications and collateral to maintain accuracy as operations, regulations, and product features change.
  • Implement content updates to keep communications current and aligned with operational and product changes.
  • Assist in developing new collateral as identified by the manager.
  • Review and edit communications for clarity, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines across member and employer touchpoints.
  • Support ongoing projects that improve the member, employer, and product marketing experience.
  • Help build scalable communications infrastructure for a fast-growing ICHRA benefits portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM or campaign support, or benefits communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across email, digital, and print channels.
  • Experience or comfort working with CRM tools and operational campaign workflows.
  • Braze or similar platforms preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests, track intake, and deliver against deadlines.
  • Familiarity with or interest in health benefits communications, employer-sponsored plans, and member experience.
  • Understanding of ICHRA is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, especially for content accuracy, operational alignment, and brand consistency.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions, identify improvements, and help build scalable processes.
  • Some experience in or familiarity with health-benefits communications or regulated industries is extra credit.
