Description

  • Submit an eligible software repository for initial licensing-value assessment.
  • Provide access to original source code and relevant Git history.
  • Review the repository evaluation and applicable acceptance criteria.
  • Assess the estimated licensing value before deciding whether to proceed.
  • Complete licensing transactions under mutually agreed terms.

Requirements

  • Software development experience or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.
  • Full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.
  • Access to an original repository, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.
  • The code must not contain third-party material that cannot legally be sublicensed.
  • Eligible submissions may include unmaintained or commercially inactive projects.
