Description

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow the region and achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Prospect primary care practices, generate interest in Galleri, and identify and onboard early adopters.
  • Spend the majority of time on in-person visits to targeted physician practices, events, and company initiatives.
  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other internal teams to share field insights and support execution.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on MCED science and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Manage complex customer accounts through consultative selling with healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff.
  • Lead product conversations, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze territory trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and healthcare industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 85%, including overnight stays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field preferred.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals preferred.
  • Recognition for sales performance, such as awards, rankings, or consistent overachievement, strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides.
  • Working knowledge of the geography and customer base preferred.
  • Experience working independently and managing a territory with minimal supervision preferred.
