Description

  • Support enterprise and clinic teams by coordinating cross-functional work streams across multiple customer channels.
  • Serve as a liaison between Customer Success, marketing, partnerships, lab operations, and other internal teams.
  • Manage pre-event and post-event work for onsite blood draw events, mobile tour stops, customer-office events, and customer visits to GRAIL’s office.
  • Maintain project plans and tracking tools to support event management before and after each event.
  • Coordinate internal and external staff activities for remotely led and onsite blood draw events.
  • Schedule vendor partners such as phlebotomists and ordering provider networks for testing events.
  • Resolve issues that arise during events and help ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Collect event feedback, share best practices, and support scaling efforts across future events.
  • Provide project support and post-event reporting for the events team.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the operational needs of a variety of events.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, account management, event planning, or event management, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% to support onsite events.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through and an operations-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent face-to-face, verbal, and written customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting in-person or in-office clinical operations or events with multiple work streams and stakeholders (preferred).
  • Ability to create order in chaotic environments and thrive in fast-paced settings (preferred).
  • Experience supporting a sales organization and influencing cross-functional partners effectively (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of program or project management software, preferably Asana (preferred).

  • Expected annual base pay of $77K-$95K.
