Description

  • Serve as the primary client-facing integration lead for onboarding, implementation, and activation.
  • Support integration discovery, requirements alignment, and workflow design discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive deployment of integrations across HL7, Epic Aura, Athena, Quest hub-and-spoke, and other digital health or non-standard workflows.
  • Ensure client workflows align with GRAIL capabilities for scalable, compliant implementations.
  • Validate and optimize ordering, resulting, billing, and operational workflows.
  • Guide partners on integration architecture, including HL7, FHIR, API-based integrations, and data mapping.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and end-to-end workflow validation before go-live.
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, education, and escalation management during and after launch.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and partner with Customer Service, Lab Operations, and Product teams to resolve workflow or integration gaps.
  • Develop integration playbooks, best practices, and enablement materials for commercial and field teams.

Requirements

  • BS/BA with 2+ years of experience or a Master’s with 1+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR integrations.
  • Experience in client-facing implementation or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including clinical, operational, and billing workflows.
  • Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Athena, Cerner, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of integration standards and technologies, including HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
  • Experience leading client implementations and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Epic, including Aura, Athena, Quest, or lab integrations is preferred.
  • Epic certifications such as Bridges, Beaker, Ambulatory, or related credentials are preferred.
  • Experience in diagnostic labs, oncology, or population health programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with clinical decision support and patient engagement workflows is preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth, ambiguous environment is preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $77K to $95K.
