Description

  • Build and deliver AI solutions that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
  • Prototype, test, validate, and iterate quickly on LLM- and agent-powered workflows with real users.
  • Develop AI-powered features for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers on AI-driven product features.
  • Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and accelerate development workflows.
  • Take full ownership of AI solutions to ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
  • Communicate effectively and contribute across teams in a highly dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Expand or redefine the role over time based on team impact and initiative.

Requirements

  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
  • A proven track record of delivering software that reached production and is actively used by users.
  • Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
  • Strong engineering experience building production software systems, backend and/or full stack.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision on complex engineering problems.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks, with a practical focus on real-world results.
  • Comfort with rapid experimentation, prototype releases, feedback collection, and iteration.
  • Proven initiative and the ability to define scope and move projects forward in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with infrastructure and DevOps tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform (preferred).
  • Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques (preferred).
  • Experience building observability tooling (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD 174,986 to USD 220,000 in the United States.
  • Equity compensation, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
  • Bonus eligibility, if applicable.
  • 100% remote work with a global team.
  • Global annual leave policy of 30 days per year.
  • 3 days of annual leave reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days.
  • In-person onboarding to help new hires get started successfully.
