Description

  • Develop the product vision and roadmap for the performance testing domain.
  • Own the Grafana Cloud k6 product experience and related open-source k6 alignment.
  • Gather customer needs, requirements, pain points, and feedback to inform priorities.
  • Represent user feedback to Engineering and support tradeoff decisions with evidence.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive go-to-market differentiation and enablement materials.
  • Make decisions on go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
  • Work with Grafana leadership to refine product goals and strategy.
  • Partner across R&D to integrate performance testing with Grafana Cloud metrics, logs, traces, and related products.
  • Communicate product needs and details effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the bridge between Engineering, Design, UX, and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
  • Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
  • Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products and features with strong UX in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies is a plus.
  • Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers, is a plus.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure concepts such as Kubernetes, cloud service providers, and VMs is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus.

  • Base compensation range of GBP 91,755 to GBP 110,106 in the UK, depending on level, experience, and skillset.
