Description

  • Own the end-to-end Team Foundations product strategy, with multi-team identity as the primary focus and password-sharing monetization and monthly licensing as adjacent growth areas.
  • Define product direction for complex external collaboration and multi-team workflows involving contractors, clients, agencies, freelancers, subsidiaries, and partners.
  • Translate identity, access, licensing, and account-model complexity into intuitive customer-facing flows for joining teams, switching contexts, managing access, and understanding membership changes.
  • Design and ship foundational experiences including multi-team join/create flows, account and team switching, lifecycle journeys, collaborator upgrade paths, monthly license management, and password-sharing interventions.
  • Partner closely with engineering on authentication, RBAC, multi-tenancy, account/session state, permissions, billing, and data-model tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Growth, Identity/Auth Platform, Commerce/Billing, Sharing, Dash, Desktop, Mobile, PMM, Legal, Support, and Finance.
  • Define, track, and communicate the metrics that measure product impact and business performance.
  • Represent the workstream to senior leadership and drive cross-functional execution across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex B2B SaaS, collaboration, admin, identity, permissions, billing, or growth products with measurable user and business impact.
  • Proven ability to lead Staff-level, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders and deep technical dependencies.
  • Strong technical fluency with authentication, RBAC, multi-tenancy, identity models, account/session state, permissions, billing systems, data pipelines, experimentation, and rollout risk.
  • Strong product craft and UX judgment for making technically complex flows feel simple, safe, and intuitive.
  • Strong customer instincts for SMB teams and collaboration-heavy industries such as construction and media/creative production.
  • Fluency with data, metrics, and experimentation, including funnels, cohorts, revenue impact, churn risk, and statistical validation.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive-ready communication skills.
  • Experience building identity, account, workspace, team membership, permissions, collaboration, or admin products at scale (preferred).
  • Experience with authentication, authorization, RBAC, multi-tenancy, account switching, or workspace switching (preferred).
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS or product-led growth company, especially with team formation, expansion loops, flexible licensing, or external collaboration (preferred).
  • Experience spanning Web, Desktop, Mobile, and backend services with staged rollout and incident-risk management (preferred).
  • Experience with monetization or packaging systems such as billing, seat management, temporary licenses, trial conversion, or account-sharing conversion (preferred).

Benefits

  • US Zone 2 salary range: $212,700–$287,700 USD.
  • US Zone 3 salary range: $189,000–$255,800 USD.
  • US Zone 1 is not available for this role.
