Description

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a defined set of current customers in the Nordics.
  • Prospect outbound and manage inbound leads to cultivate new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales process including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage sales forecasts, track customer data, and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Convey the value proposition of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.

Requirements

  • Based in Sweden (role is Sweden-based).
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Proven track record of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  • Experience working in high-velocity technology companies and ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent communicator across in-person, online, and written channels with ability to build strong working relationships virtually and in person.
  • Experience using Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with open source technology (significant advantage).
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC (ideal).
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) is a plus.

  • OTE compensation range in Sweden: SEK 2,440,000 - SEK 2,546,000 (actual compensation varies by level and experience).
