Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
  • Design customer observability maturity journeys and guide customers along that path.
  • Lead technical discovery, onboarding, enablement, and regular customer reviews.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, guidance, and root-cause analysis to support adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Advise customers on best practices and strategies for using Grafana products to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute technical roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer costs, expand product usage, and drive adoption of new features and products.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback, priorities, and feature requests with Product and Engineering.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and create technical documentation, guides, and tutorials.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Sweden.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, consulting, sales engineering, or professional services in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of observability solutions; experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with relevant tools and technologies such as CRM software, ticketing systems, and programming languages.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, up to 25%.
  • Observability expertise, preferably at the architect level.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of technical sales, TAM, or other post-sales technical experience, ideally with open source technologies or in observability.
  • Preferred: Strong ability to connect product usage to customer value and ROI.
  • Preferred: Experience managing the customer lifecycle and proactively helping customers with troubleshooting and adoption challenges.
