Description

  • Design and implement scalable, efficient software architectures.
  • Write, test, debug, and deliver complex code for new and existing applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Conduct code reviews focused on quality, security, and engineering best practices.
  • Manage software development projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software development and system design.
  • Research and implement technologies and methodologies that improve performance and development processes.
  • Resolve complex software issues and technical challenges.
  • Develop testing protocols and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable senior engineering role.
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state management libraries, build tools, package managers, and web testing frameworks.
  • Experience with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation, including Webpack Module Federation, dynamic remote loading, and shared dependency management.
  • Ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimize performance, and develop proofs of concept.
  • Knowledge of web performance metrics and optimization, including Core Web Vitals, FCP, TTFB, TBT, Speed Index, TTI, bundle size, and JavaScript execution performance.
  • Understanding of browser internals, SPAs, static websites, client-server architecture, REST APIs, SSR, web security, and UI/UX patterns.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
