Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 10-15 client accounts and maintain regular touchpoints via email, Slack, and video calls.
  • Build and execute SEO and GEO strategies, including LLM crawling setup, content page creation for LLM indexing, and technical site optimizations.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and emerging AI/GEO tracking platforms.
  • Communicate ROI and growth outcomes to clients by translating performance data into clear business impact.
  • Project manage cross-functional deliverables across Content, Technical SEO, and Analytics teams.
  • Resolve client issues while maintaining trust and delivering a high-touch customer experience.
  • Onboard new clients into SEO and GEO services through a streamlined implementation process.
  • Identify upsell opportunities in GEO and AI-powered services and partner with sales and leadership to expand accounts.
  • Stay current on SEO, GEO, and AI/LLM trends and translate updates into actionable client communication.
  • Mentor other Campaign Managers and support department-wide initiatives such as analytics adoption, GEO scaling, and training programs.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of SEO or digital marketing experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of exceptional client relationship management in an agency or high-volume digital marketing environment.
  • Experience managing large portfolios of 10-15 accounts with diverse and competing priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and Google ranking algorithms.
  • Familiarity with emerging LLM and GEO visibility strategies.
  • Strong adherence to process and ability to help build and scale new operating frameworks.
  • Comfort presenting clear ROI and growth opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for SEO, AI, and the future of discovery through LLMs.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States or commute to the Los Angeles/Marina del Rey, CA office if local.
  • Preferred: experience in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
