Description

  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions.
  • Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges.
  • Gather clinical history and complete new client evaluations.
  • Develop treatment goals based on each client’s needs and progress.
  • Update records, notes, and treatment plans within required timelines.
  • Maintain a professional and confidential online therapy environment.
  • Use clinical judgment to assess safety, risk, and need for additional support.

Requirements

  • Current Connecticut LPC license in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related behavioral health field.
  • Previous clinical experience in counseling, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or outpatient care.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, ethics, and professional counseling standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a steady caseload.
