Description

  • Identify and understand prospective students’ needs using critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective students by phone, text, and email according to established cadences.
  • Qualify inquiries and applicants through meaningful conversations and encourage timely application progress.
  • Clearly communicate university programs, offerings, and differentiators to individuals and larger audiences.
  • Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from initial inquiry through deposit.
  • Provide accurate, ethical guidance consistent with university policies and procedures.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and projects while working independently.
  • Represent university partners and prospective students with integrity and credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 1 year of higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Project management experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management, organization, and independent-work skills.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, drive, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States and reside in the U.S. throughout employment.
