Description

  • Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives for return on investment.
  • Develop content strategies for healthcare job seekers and employers.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report digital marketing metrics.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in job boards, healthcare, or recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong analytical abilities.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
