Description

  • Handle tickets escalated from L1 support and work on issues of varying complexity, including cases that require log analysis.
  • Create and maintain technical configurations through the web interface to ensure the product functions correctly.
  • Manage betting rate configurations with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the L2 Support team to resolve technical queries escalated to L3.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues in structured support workflows.
  • Read, maintain, and contribute to technical documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in L2 technical support, including resolving L1 tickets and escalating unresolved issues to L3.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with the ability to communicate in technical conversations.
  • Experience supporting systems built on client-server architecture.
  • Experience using a browser-based developer console.
  • Confidence troubleshooting network issues.
  • Ability to work with technical documentation, including reading, writing from scratch, and maintaining existing materials.
  • Strong multitasking ability and comfort working on multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to approach problems comprehensively.
  • Ability to work effectively in routine, structured environments.
  • Experience with Grafana, Kibana, or Jira is a plus.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely for long periods is a plus.
  • Advanced English is a plus.
  • Technical education in any field is a plus.
  • Experience above L2 helpdesk, such as DevOps, sysadmin, or programming, is a plus.
  • Additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.
  • Experience in online gambling is a plus.
