Description

  • Process cost data, assign appropriate expense categories, and record transactions in the accounting system.
  • Review corporate bank card reports, analyze transactions, verify policy compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Collect company invoices and verify their completeness and required information.
  • Prepare quarterly and ad hoc reports on company expenses.
  • Support period-end closing and prepare financial data for reporting.
  • Assist with payroll processing by coordinating with stakeholders, checking calculations, and recording payroll transactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
  • Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of basic financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Native Ukrainian proficiency and English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of accounting and payroll processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their use in finance is preferred.
