Description

  • Manage end-to-end financial relationships with strategic telecom vendors, including invoice validation, auditing, and payment dispute resolution.
  • Oversee the contracting lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and purchase order creation and management in SAP CLM and Docusign.
  • Lead a team of analysts handling invoice processing, purchase order management, and audit activities.
  • Drive cost-optimization efforts by identifying billing errors, managing invoice variances, and recovering overpayments.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Network Acquisition on forecasting, budgeting, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across supplier and internal financial processes.
  • Provide governance over NOC department-related telecom expense management functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in telecommunications expense management, financial operations, or accounts payable/receivable.
  • Experience with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
  • Experience with contract management systems such as SAP CLM.
  • Experience with electronic signature platforms such as Docusign.
  • Experience with vendor management, dispute resolution, and recovering cost savings.
  • Experience with network asset management, circuit inventory, and telecom billing structures such as MRC, NRC, and UBC (preferred).
  • Proven ability to optimize billing processes through automation and data-driven insights (preferred).
  • Experience at a major ISP or Tier 1/2 carrier managing complex enterprise agreements (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing offshore or hybrid teams (preferred).
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $136,000 to $198,000 per year.
