Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for Technical Operations and Sales teams across assigned metro areas.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on GFiber products, policies, contracts, and processes.
  • Track pending commercial installations to ensure they are scheduled and completed on time.
  • Update tracking tools and Salesforce as needed.
  • Proactively contact customers to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
  • Partner with Technical Operations to help ensure customers are connected in a timely manner.
  • Escalate customer concerns and issues to local Technical Operations and Sales leadership when needed.
  • Capture customer feedback, product enhancement ideas, and competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail so work is completed right the first time.
  • Foster teamwork and a strong sense of community within the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • 1 year of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including early mornings and nights across multiple domestic time zones.
  • Prior experience working in a CRM database, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Direct sales or related experience with proven results (preferred).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer challenges, complaints, and concerns (preferred).
  • Creative and persistent problem-solving ability (preferred).

Benefits

  • US base salary of $72,000 to $79,200 per year.
